All orders are subject to verification and acceptance by Oak Craft. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, incorrect information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver products across Bangladesh.

Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 70

• Outside Dhaka: BDT 120

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, please notify our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To request a replacement, you must provide:

• A complete unboxing video recorded from opening the package to inspecting the product

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the inner and outer packaging

• A photo of the courier shipping label

All replacement requests are subject to review and verification by our support team.

5. Customized Products

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by Oak Craft.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and other materials, is the property of Oak Craft unless otherwise stated.

Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
